• Payment:

  A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure a booking, the balance being payable one month before the date of arrival.

• Non-smoking:

  Outbrecks Cottages are totally non-smoking.

• Pets:

  Well-behaved dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement. No more than two dogs. Dogs to be kept under control in the accommodation grounds.

• Arrival and Departure:

  We ask our guests to leave the self-catering accommodation no later than 10 a.m. and arrive no sooner than 4 p.m. This gives us time to prepare for our next guests.
